LOVE THIS THING! It may look creepy, but this massager works just like real hands. It stays securely when strapped using the included straps, and they're easy to secure. I love the heat feature, it adds just the right amount of warmth to enhance the massage. I had it on my neck for 20 minutes and the tension was reduced.
